Rescheduling & cancellations
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment.
- Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of up to the value of the booked service.
- No-shows may be charged in full and may require a deposit for future bookings.
- You can manage your booking anytime via Booksy.
Running late
If you’re running late, please call us. We’ll always try to help, but arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rebooked so we don’t impact following guests. A late arrival may shorten your service and charges may still apply.
Deposits
For certain colour or long appointments, a deposit may be required to secure the slot. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows and are redeemable against your service.

If you’re unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help and apply discretion where we can.
